Once upon a time I *liked* wearing make-up. When I became pregnant with Nin my skin became sensitive to all sorts of things that hadn't been a problem before and I found that make-up (and all sorts of other cosmetics and toiletries) brought me out in itchy rashes. I rather gave up after a while and just didn't bother, but I *did* miss it at times. I'm on a few forums online and have read various discussions on cosmetics, but was always worried about buying a whole tube of something to see if it didn't bring me out in a rash (because everything from 2003 up until this point has, not including a couple of moisturisers which I like) Nicola from Organ-nics kindly offered to send me a few samples and through her I've found Sante, who make a fabulous foundation that my skin can actually tolerate! It's quite a thick, creamy fluid, which is a huge plus for me. The coverage is smooth and I just love it! It's certified by the BDIH as a Natural Cosmetic and doesn't contain any Nano refined ingredients, Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Synthetic Preservatives, fragrances or colours, Petroleum based oils or GM and Irridiated ingredients. Nicola has been so helpful, I really recommend Organ-nics for a really helpful, friendly service (and I've added them to Shops I Love on the left margin). |
